Bridal FAQ
Do I want to wear White or Ivory?
Traditions have changed. White is not the requirement it was years ago. To see what looks best on you, have your stylist hold the ivory up to you in front of the mirror. Then close your eyes and have her switch to the white. Open your eyes – let the first impression of your face and the difference that each color makes in your skin tone be the decider! Most of the time you will find that ivory or champagne will look the best.
I am having a themed wedding; will I be able to find a wedding dress to match my theme?
We have many designer dresses to choose from! We can also customize our Kathryn Kollection wedding gowns! That means we can change it to fit your venue or theme. So no worries!
Do I have to have a veil?
Nope! Traditionally, veils would have been a must for the wedding day. However, times have changed and we have had brides wearing veils, headpieces or both! It’s truly up to you!
How long does it really take to get a wedding dress in?
Typically, it takes 6 months to receive a wedding gown. More often than not, designers do not keep wedding gowns in stock, so when we order the dress it is being made, by hand, for the bride. We suggest placing the order earlier so you have time to do minor alterations (like shortening straps or hemming) before the wedding.
What are the price ranges for wedding dresses?
Our wedding dresses range from $800-$2500, but our average is around $1200!
Is a scheduled bridal or bridesmaids visit necessary?
We will always accept walk-ins if we have a viewing suite available! However, we prefer you schedule a visit that way we know we already have a suite for you! Just a note: our viewing suites fit 4 people comfortably.
I am a larger bride, will you have dresses to fit me?
Yes! We have dresses from size 2-30!
